CHALLENGE

The site has specific and challenging planning constraints prompted by the Metropolitan Green Belt and Area of Archaeological Potential.  Our brief included the demolition of the existing bungalow and the creation of a contemporary, environmentally friendly replacement dwelling.

RESPONSE

Planning permission was achieved for a considerably larger replacement dwelling, made possible through our detailed understanding of the local planning and Green Belt policies. The Eco Home was designed and crafted with sustainability at its core.  Environmentally friendly materials, timber detailing, sustainable technologies and strategic positioning created an off-grid home.
