CHALLENGE

Our client asked us to improve the general flow of their property and transform the internal spaces, creating an open-plan living space with a contemporary aesthetic.

RESPONSE

We addressed the flow of the house by moving the kitchen from the front to the rear so that it could overlook the wonderful garden. This dramatic change was a suggestion that required time to be considered as it would push the budget to its limit.

Eventually, we settled on the layout and designed a contemporary extension with a water feature and a small raised patio area to help bring the outside in.
