CHALLENGE

We were appointed to design two new build dwellings on a private road in Langton Green. The existing property was dated and of no real architectural merit, so it was proposed to demolish it and construct two detached homes. Our client wanted to maximise the return from the site and create high-quality family homes for their portfolio.

RESPONSE

Each house offers a blend of contemporary open plan living and generous bedrooms over three floors, approaching 2300 sq ft in size.

The ground floor offers flexible family living space with a welcoming entrance hall, formal sitting room, down stairs cloak room, a utility room and at the rear a wonderful open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

On the first floor there is a generous guest suite with double bedroom and en suite, three further double bedrooms and family bathroom.

On the second floor there is a breathtaking Master bedroom suite with dressing room, working frome home zone and En-Suite.
