Currently, we offer a hybrid approach to project management. If undertaking our architectural services on-site, we are happy to oversee the implementation of the interiors, without being project managers per-se. This role normally falls to principal contractors. We like to recommend and specify products/services from local companies and contractors we trust, but you are free to source products of a similar appearance or recommend your preferred brands/companies.

The timeline depends on the scope of the project. Smaller projects involving single rooms may take a few weeks, while larger renovations can take several months or more, especially when part of an architectural build such as an extension or a new home. We provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase.

Not necessarily. Whilst the beauty of our service means that the process is simplified for you if you require both architectural and interior design, we are also happy to work with existing spaces that simply need a refresh.

At the moment, we prefer to undertake the entire project ‘in-house’, both architecturally and interiors-wise, should architectural design input be required.

Yes, it is separate from the architectural fee.

We propose a ‘fixed fee’ which is based on specific resource requirements and tailored to suit the complexity of the project. We prefer this method over a ‘percentage of the contract’ as it provides our clients with certainty on cost, which helps when budgeting for the project.

Unlike many Interior Design firms, we currently do not procure products, although this many change in the future. We provide you with the design as guidance only, and you, our client, manage the purchase, giving total flexibility on price, timescales and delivery.
