Coleman Anderson worked with developer client JVIP to complete the development of 2 traditional semi-detached town houses.
This development formed part of a larger scheme associated to Colbrook House. Coleman Anderson were initially appointed to look at the host building for the change of use from office to residential, which can also be found by clicking on this link. It wasn’t until later in the project that a development opportunity presented itself within the car park and garage area to the rear of Colbrook House.
Coleman Anderson worked closely with the council to gain full planning permission for the properties, which both include off street parking.
The dwellings provide the familiar aesthetics of a traditional family town house but internally they are designed to suit contemporary family living. The ground floor comprises of a completely open plan kitchen living space with open staircase leading to 2 floors of bedrooms.
