As previously mentioned the site at Doric Avenue used to contain a single garage and small area of waste land before Coleman Anderson secured a permission to develop the site into a residential plot. The original permission involved a small chalet style bungalow however, the site was then sold onto another local developer who wanted us to push the boundaries on what could be achieved on the site. Now that the precedent for residential development had been granted we felt it was plausible to enlarge the schemes footprint slightly to create a more spacious kitchen and living area on the ground floor and increased the ridge height to achieve 3 full bedrooms on the first floor. We worked closely the with planning department during the 8 week process and were delighted when the permission was granted. 

The construction phase involved the diversion of 2 main sewers and 8 months of building on a very small site however, the end result is worth it.
