Coleman Anderson have recently gained planning permission for an office development in Tunbridge Wells. The scheme is a significant piece of work as it will provide much needed office space at a time when many offices are being made into residential developments.
The scheme includes the refurbishment of an existing building and a large extension with glazed link to the rear. Positioned within the Tunbridge Wells Conservation Area the redevelopment of the existing building scheme will significantly enhance the local area whilst providing a boost to the local economy.
