PRIVATE - Some interesting work in progress

During the latter part of 2017 we began working on some interesting residential projects of varying size and architectural style. Below is an example of a new build feasibility study we carried out for a PRIVATE client in Tunbridge Wells. 


Their brief to us was to design a contemporary family home with 5 bedrooms and lots of open plan living space. The site is undulating therefore we are proposing to have split level living space and wrap around external tarraces.

Above is an example of a very quick sketch feasibility study carried out for a prospective client to give them an initial idea of what the could achieve with a small rear extension and conversion of an existing garage under Permitted Development Rights.
