DEVELOPMENT - 20 Units, Planning Permission GRANTED!
2018 has started with a bang!! Coleman Anderson have produced ANOTHER successful planning application, this time for the DEVELOPMENT of 20 residential units in Southborough. The scheme involves the redevelopment of a Listed Building, formally known as the Water Margin, into 3 individual cottage apartments. The second part of the scheme involves redeveloping and extending the former Lloyds Bank into 17 residential 1 and 2 bed units.

The scheme will form a focal point along London Road and play a huge role in the regeneration of Southborough as the development of Southborough Hub continues to build momentum.
The drawings below give a glimpse of the scheme, showing the renovation of the Listed Building into 3 individual 2 bed cottages with small gardens. The Lloyds bank will benefit from a large extension, that gives more than a generous nod to the form of the Georgian building, and connects to it with a glazed atrium.
